Explore Deux Bayous

Begin your Arnaudville Adventure with a visit to NUNU Art and Culture Collective, a vibrant community arts organization. NUNU offers a platform for creative expression, supporting artistic, cultural, and community development. Explore their weekly workshops, from painting and life drawing to drum circles and songwriting. Don't miss their French and Kreyol Tables, where you can immerse yourself in the local language and culture.

Next, head to Atelier de la Nature, a nature reserve and outdoor education center. Join a guided nature walk to explore the lush landscapes or participate in one of their eco-workshops. Atelier offers a variety of education programs, blending art, science, and sustainability, including sustainable cooking workshops. If you're visiting in the spring or fall, be sure to check out their major events- the Fete De La Nature Bioblitz and Crawfish Benefit in the spring, or the Halloween Art and Nature Festival, perfect for both kids and nature lovers.

After your nature tour, relax with a beer and pizza at Bayou Teche Brewing and Cajun Saucer. Originally started in a converted rail car near the Bayou Teche, this micro-brewery crafts beer that pairs perfectly with South Louisiana's cuisine and culture. Take a tour in French or English, and enjoy a beer flight with a wide selection of locally crafted brews. If you're visiting on the weekend catch some live Cajun or Zydeco music or a Sunday jam session. Be sure to try their Neapolitan-style pizzas, a great accompaniment to the local brews.

End your day with a relaxing dinner by the Bayou at either Little Big Cup or Myran's. Both spots offer delicious local cuisine and picturesque views of the water, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Arnaudville's artistic and natural treasures.
